Aluminium Anthracite Grey Bi-Folding Doors
High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors bespoke made by ‘Smart’.
To order these new direct today would cost around £3,000. They are duel colour which is an expensive option.
Condition
-Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
-Excellent/ very clean condition both sides and don’t look like they have had a great deal of use.
-Few small cosmetic marks: Dent from where the keys were left in the door. Two small holes where an alarm was previously installed. Scratch at bottom of the door- easily touched up.
Security
Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the right.
When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the left.
Doors are bottom rolling.
There are no external handles for these doors, so they can only be opened and locked from the inside. There is a handle externally, but this is just to open and ‘push shut’ the doors from the outside, not lock them.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
