Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

External trickle vent cover is installed on the door, while internal cover comes separately with the item (see last photo).

Security

Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Opening

Internally opening & stacking doors.

When opening from the inside, the doors open in twos from the right and stack to the left (see photos)- there is no main traffic door.

Doors are bottom rolling.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is Brown and internally is White, with a Brown frame externally and a White frame internally.

The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
