Condition

• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• Small dent on the sill externally, however this is hardly noticeable.
• Minute faint scratches on the glazing – these are purely cosmetic and do not effect the integrity of the glass.
• Paint flaking on the edge of the frame internally, which could be easily touched up.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Q-Line’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Green Beige (RAL1000), with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
