Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Some of the hinges were marked, but these have been touched up and are now un-noticeable.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
• The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £790.00 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
