Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- A cosmetic paint chip on the bottom right internal corner (see photos) which could be touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
- This item is dual colour which is a desirable feature and would cost around £1500 alone.
