Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors (Internally Opening) bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks internally and externally – some have been touched up – the ones on the side of the frame can be covered by trim by your fitter. Please see last photos.
- The frosted film on the glazing can be easily peeled off, leaving you with clear/plain glass. One pane is missing some of its film (see photos), however you could remove the film from all of the panes, or replace the film on this pane (film can be purchased online at a low expense) so they all match.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 5 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- Internally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and the other 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey and the colour of the hinges is Black.
