Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Vents for this item and 1 drain cover are missing, however, these can be purchased online and easily fitted. See in photos.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
- 1 pane of glass is missing for this item – the measurements are: Width: 94.4cm Height: 190.7cm. We can order a matching laminated & tinted pane for an additional £245.00 including VAT, or we could replace all 3 panes with clear glass for an additional £595.00 including VAT. Please contact us for further information.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
