Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
• There are slight cosmetic scratches on the edge of the frame, however these can be touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens from the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top hung.

Glazing

• Glazing is 70mm thick triple glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The glazing runs edge to edge both sides without the need for external frame, so it’s just a flush glazed finish, with a Black frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
