Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The blinds are missing their pull-chords, however, they can still be operated by turning the knob situated at the top corner of each door. The blinds for the main traffic door do not operate, however. The mechanism for these blinds can be replaced online and could be installed by your fitter.
• The are a few small paint chips on the door and hinges, however these could be covered with some touch up paint.

Missing Parts

The rain covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point ‘Aliplast’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• We can order replacement glazing for these doors at an additional cost of £395 including VAT. This glazing would be clear, with a silver metal spacer bar, and would not include blinds. We can order other glazing types for an additional expense (tinted, laminated, frosted, etc.) – please contact us for more information.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
