Comes with Morley Screenline blinds installed internally, inside the glazing. These would cost around £1,500 alone to order bespoke direct.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is a small dent on the edge of the frame, however this will could be covered by trim once installed.
• The gasket is tarnished in places, however a replacement can be purchased online.
• The blinds are solar powered (as opposed to mains powered), so would not require any mains electrical supply to operate. Each door has its own small solar panel on the exterior side of the glazing which stores renewable solar energy over time and will recharge itself.

Missing Parts

Two of the doors are missing the control panels for their blinds. However, these can be purchased online and fitted easily.

Security

• 1 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no external handles, as these doors can only be operated from the inside, which provides added security.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
