Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are a few scratches around the doors, however these are only cosmetic and could be touched up (see photos).

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens from the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Sidelight / Window

• There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
• Sidelight #1 width: 39.9cm
• Sidelight #2 width: 41.7cm
• The sidelights can be fitted either side.
• Just the frame width is 247.9cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
