Please note: This is originally intended as a set of bi-folds. However, they could be repurposed as a set of four fixed windows instead.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Six of the hinges have been cut and would need removing(see photos), however you may be able to source replacement hinges online, or you may need to get some made up bespoke. Your fitter should be able to assist with this. If not they could be used as fixed windows but would not function as bifolds.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, and all 4 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
