Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Cut down the side of the frame, however this is only cosmetic and would be covered with trim when installed. Small paint chip and two small holes externally.
• Comes with integral blinds fitted inside the glazing, but there is no magnets in order to operate them but you should be able to source these online. We can order new clear glazing for £295 total including VAT if you just wanted to replace all panes.
• There is no lock, so the barrel needs to be changed.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens from the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
