Aluminium Bi-folding Doors, made to a very high quality.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Slight cosmetic bend on the floating mullion at the top & bottom- these are not exactly noticeable and would not effect the operation of the product at all.
• Top guide for the sliding mullion is missing, however you can purchase suitable one online at a low expense or manufacture one- see photo.

Security

• Has shoot bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• High quality 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys for the main lock and the T lock handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
