Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Clean condition both sides.
• The sill, track, top and bottom of the frame was cut in 2 pieces when removed this will need to be welded by a professional so the doors run smoothly on the track. Please see in last photo.
• Dent from previous magnets, we have provided new magnets which should cover the dents when fitted. See photos.
• Scratches on both of the D handles – this can be easily replaced online or touched up. Please see in last photo.
• The inline track that has been provided may need to be cut down to size please check with your fitter. See photos.
• Holes on the corner of the beading from being screwed in previously – you can re use these holes to secure again. Please see in last photo.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 5 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
