Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘WarmCore’. Manufactured to hold 32mm Triple Glazed units.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- High quality Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- The doors open in twos from the left when viewing from the outside. There is no main traffic door.
- When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £450 total including VAT- This would be Triple Glazed Units which the doors require.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 32mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Matte White, with a matching frame either side.
