Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Very light scratch on a beading internally, however these are hardly noticeable.

Missing Parts

• Vents and handles are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense which would come with the keys. These handles need to have a short spindle like 10mm as they are fitted onto the beading and will hit the glass if any longer.

Security

• 6 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £375.00 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28 mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

• Width: 51.6 cm, Height: 127.4 cm x 2 panes. (checked LH)

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges is Silver.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
