Aluminium Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Cosmetic scratches on one edge of the frame (see photos), these could be covered with trim on installation.
- Trickle vent cover is broken externally (see photos), however, new covers can be purchased online and are easy to install.
Security
- Multipoint ‘Smart’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey 7016, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
