Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• One of the handles is broken and does not operate. However, we have supplied three brand new matching handles which will arrive along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but it can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
