2023 Aluminium Gable End Fixed Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘ALUK’.
To order this new direct cost £2,900 including VAT and glazing- see second photo for invoice.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Some mastic marks where it was partly installed, but these can be cleaned off/ would be hidden with trim when installed.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick (6mm/ 6mm) double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
