Condition

As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Some mastic marks where it was partly installed, but these can be cleaned off/ would be hidden with trim when installed.

Opening

Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick (6mm/ 6mm) double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
