We are not sure on the exact age of these doors, however they are modern and do not appear to have seen much use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Scratches on the bottom of the frame which can be covered by trim or sunk into the ground on installation (see photos).

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
