Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Minor scratches on the beading, however this can easily be touched up.
• Missing 1 internal flat Georgian bar from the French Doors, however you should be able to purchase this online.
• Missing 3 locking plates that the door locks into, at the moment there is a hole but it should be covered by a locking plate. The door will still lock into the holes in the slave door.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Sobinco’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 120.1cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 150.1cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 270.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• The doors have Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• The sidelights have Georgian Bars internally and externally on glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
