ALUMINIUM FRENCH DOORS
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is a few screw hole on top the the doors and frame, these could be filled so less visible.
- Missing sill end caps.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- Just the top light / window is 64.5cm in height and can be removed if required. The top light has a 1.5cm add on which goes between the door frame and the top light window so please add 1.5cm to the overall height in the table if using.
- This would leave just the door frame height of 210.3cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the pane, as well as externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
