Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Very clean condition both sides.
• Odd light cosmetic marks from previous installation which can be touched up.
• Small chip in the glass on the secondary door (see photos).
• Light dent on the bottom of a sidelight (see last photos), however, it is only cosmetic, would not affect the operation of the product at all, and is hardly noticeable
• 1 window handle plate and 2 screw covers are missing, but can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily. They are not crucial to the operation of the windows.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 84cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 117.5cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 201.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
