Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light cosmetic scratches on the sill (see photos). These could be touched up.
- 1 visible cosmetic scratch on the glass – if you want to replace this pane please contact us (see in photos).
Security
- 3 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
