Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Light paint chips on the handles and light marks on a hinge, however, these are metal and can easily be touched up or re-painted.
• The item would be shipped with a new barrel installed and new keys (the current one is missing keys).

Missing Parts

• Two Locking Plates are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 3 point ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Will come with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
