Condition

• Excellent clean condition both sides.
• These doors are missing the runners, so are not fully complete, but you or your installer maybe able to source these or universal ones. You could even use these as just three large fixed picture windows.
• If you want to use as windows the sizes are approximately W: 1539mm x H: 2490mm.
• There are light scratches on all 3 panes when you look at an angle against light, not sure if these could be hidden at all- see last photos. We are not sure if these would be visible once installed against natural light.
• Small dent on frame (see photos), however it wont affect the operation of the product and is only cosmetic.
• You could reduce the height by 5cm if you cut the drainage pipes off the bottom track.

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• On a triple track, so all 3 doors slide either way offering multiple combinations.

Glazing

• Glazing is 44mm thick triple glazed, 6mm thick glass, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Anthracite Grey coloured furniture.
