Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Cortizo’.
Produced on the 18/06/2019 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £8,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Bottom rollers are missing, however new rollers are available online and a competent fitter would be able to fit this.
- Adhesive residue on the frame (see photos), however this is nothing a strong cleaner wouldn’t clear.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Both doors slide left/right respectively, allowing multiple combinations.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Anthracite Grey coloured furniture.
