Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The frame has places bent out of shape from a failed attempted break in (see photos), this could be rectified by your fitter on installation.
• The rubber is missing from the stoppers (see photos), these can be purchased online at a low expense and is easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Has a single locking point in the centre making it secure.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 16mm double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Silver, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
