Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small chip at the corner of one glass pane (see photos). This glazing is laminated, which would prevent the chip from worsening or becoming a crack, and it would be hidden by beading when installed. We can replace this glazing with non-laminated glass for an additional £195 including VAT, or with laminated glazing for an additional £295 including VAT (please contact us for more info).
• 4 hinge cap covers are missing – these can be purchased online and easily fitted, see in photos.

Security

• 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
