The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
Comes with Laminated Glazing which would have cost around £1,500 alone giving extra security and soundproofing.
Also these are duel colour which would cost another £1,500.
Condition
- Part installed and removed the same day.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Missing drain hole covers (see photos), these can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
- Missing plastic cover on spine of one door (see photos), which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation. Replacements can also be purchased online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- The doors slide open left and right from the middle, when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, Laminated, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is 7016M (Matt) Grey and internally is 9910HG (Gloss) Hipca White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
