Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The locks operate via electronic switch/key pad, which you will need in order to install these doors. You will need a standalone access key pad along with a 360 Watt battery 600 VA with 2 outlets. Please get a competent electrician to install these doors along with a FENSA approved bifold fitter.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Doors slide either way (allowing multiple combinations), on a double track system.
- There are no external handles, so these can only be opened from the inside, and locked using the electronic switch which provides added security.
Glazing
- Glazing is 38mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
