Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight in Anthracite Grey, bespoke made by “Korniche” to the highest quality.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- As new condition both sides.
- One of the two centre-corner trim pieces is missing but these are only cosmetic- please see last photo. These can be sourced online from Korniche and are easy to fit.
Opening
- Skylight is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Tinted, which helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy, and offers sun protection.
Colour
- The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White.
