Aluminium White Patio/Sliding Doors
High quality Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £6,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small scuff on one of the exterior handles (see photos) which could be easily touched up or replaced.
- Marks around the edge of the frame from the previous installation which would be hidden with trim when the doors are installed again.
Security
- 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Ultion’ key.
Opening
- Both middle doors slide Left/Right respectively, with the main traffic door being on the Left when viewing from the outside.
- The sidelights on the far left and right do not move as they are both fixed.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
