Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Light scratches in a few areas this can be covered by wide trim.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is Laminated and 44mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
