High quality Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight.
Would cost around £3000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months has never been installed outside.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Missing
– All beading and trim from the top of the roof light is missing to hold the glass in place.
– some of the screws may need to be replaced.
– one part of the frame is still joined together due to being still assembled.
Opening
Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is a film on the glass picturing the sky with clouds on this can be peeled off.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
