Condition
- Part installed and has been removed by professionals within 6 months of being installed.
- Small scratches on the frame in 2 places this can be covered by trim for a low expense or touched up. Please see last photos.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
