Aluminium Casement Window, made to a very high standard by ‘Evoke’.

We are not sure on the exact age of this item, but it is modern, and has seen very little use.

Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

Carefully removed by professional installers. 

Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Light chips on a beading section internally (see last photo), but is only cosmetic and can easily be touched up. 
• Internal trickle vent cover is missing, however, can be purchased online at a low expense

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order new handles online for £5 each posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is textured Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
