• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Vent cover is missing, however, you can purchase online at a low expense.
• Lock-strip does not operate fully as intended and will require some attention from your fitter upon installation. If required, replacement lock-strips are available online.

Security

• 6 point ‘Nemesis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
