Aluminium Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Cosmetic light scratches internally on the window (see photo), however this can be easily touched up.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online which would come with key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
