Aluminium Casement Window in Grey, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Very clean condition both sides.
- There are a few marks around the outside of the frame (see photos), however there will be covered by trim when installed.
Missing Parts
- Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
- There are no keys for this item, however it can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Silver, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver.
