Aluminium Casement Window frame bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘ALUK’.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £270 total inc VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 51.8cm, Height: 106cm x2 pane(s) (checked Joe)
- Width: 116cm, Height: 110.8cm x1 pane (checked Joe)
- We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
