Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Light mark internally, however it is hardly noticeable and has already been lightly touched up.
- The fixed pane is externally beaded.
Security
- High quality 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- Missing handles, but you could purchase these online at a low cost which would also comes with the keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Cream and internally is White, with a matching frame either side. The colour of the hinges is Silver.
