High quality Aluminium casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘ALUK’.
These cost around £1,000 each if you were to order new direct today (without glazing).
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has Silver hinges with White handles.
Operating / Style
Externally opening windows- see photos.
Security
Multipoint ‘Trojan’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of approximately £350 total inc VAT (each window).
Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations
