Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Internal blinds pull cord is not working you can get this fixed by your fitter or removed.
• Cosmetic mark on the bottom of the internal window can be touched up please see last photo.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Internally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• There is a separate single pane of glass which protects the internal blinds which can be opened to allow access to blinds to be cleaned.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
