Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Tilt/Turn Window with internal blinds bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Internorm’.

All 3 windows have fully operational internal blinds.

Would cost around £1,500.00 each if you were to order new direct.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Window A has a different width measurement to the other 2 windows the width is 74.8 cm but has the same height that is in the table.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Window C has marks around the external beading which can be touched up with the right paint.
• Window A has light scratches on the top right corner and paint is pealing in two places on the internal frame.
• Window B is slightly indented on the bottom right corner and paint is pealing in a small area on the bottom left internal window please see last photos of defects.
• These are only cosmetic defects and do not affect the operation of the window.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Internally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• There is a separate single pane of glass which protects the internal blinds which can be opened to allow access to blinds to be cleaned.
• The top window is triple glazed and 48mm with white warm edge spacer.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
