Comes with fully operational BGB blinds, which are installed inside the glazing (between the panes). These operate via a sliding magnetic block, which is also installed inside the glazing for a sleek modern appearance. To order this type of glazing bespoke would cost around £1,000 alone.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light marks on two of the doors (see photos), however, these could easily be touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are top hung and bottom rolling giving the very best support / operation.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black, warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
