Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small dent on the external side of the door (see photos). Odd light mark in places- see last photos for defects.
• No key, so Euro cylinder would need to be changed.

Security

• Multi point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top hung and bottom rolling giving the very best support / operation.
• There are no external handles on these doors, so they can only be opened from the inside. This offers better security and gives a more flush look externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
