• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• 1 length of beading is missing the measurement for this is 181 cm – we are trying to source this.

Security

• 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £595.00 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
