Aluminium Bi-folding Doors Frame, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There are three minor cosmetic marks on the doors, but these can easily be touched up- see last two photos.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
• There are a few marks on the beading and doors that can be touched up – see last few photos.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• There is no main traffic door as they open from the middle.
• When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look externally.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £395 total including VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 20mm (checked) toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Grey close to RAL 7032, with a matching frame either side.
